At ONIT Athlete, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
